In 1959, the Sanatorio Guadalajara was founded by Dr. José Javier Virgen Zepeda, which since then has become an attractive option to satisfy the demand for medical-hospital services in the city.
After 5 years, the capacity to meet the needs of the Tijuana and Southern California communities was insufficient, for this reason and in addition to his great business vision, Dr. Javier Virgen Zepeda began the project that would soon become the Guadalajara Hospital .
Inaugurated on May 9, 1966, after a thorough analysis of the hospital market both locally and abroad and given the need to offer a health service to its patients in particular and to the city’s medical staff, it inaugurates the Guadalajara Hospital, which has more than 50 years of experience and distinction for its constant innovation, technological avant-garde and hospitable treatment.
